How we turn a catalogue into a buyer shortlist.

The catalogue is the starting point, not the answer. We use a repeatable screen to decide which projects are worth showing to a buyer and which need more evidence.

Initial screen

  • Market fit: demand base, buyer restrictions and holding period.
  • Entry price: whether the ticket can create qualified leads.
  • Yield signal: headline ROI versus rent, occupancy and cost assumptions.
  • Completion and delivery: timing, construction status and payment plan.
  • Operator quality: management transparency where income is part of the thesis.

Buyer translation

Each selected project is translated into one buyer question. For example: is the rental yield believable, is the title structure clear, or does the operator have the reporting discipline needed for a managed asset?

When the partner feed is active

Once the approved Aster catalogue feed is connected, scoring can use live price bands, availability, media rights, completion data and updated ROI assumptions.
